We will not be held responsible for any loss, thefts, injury or accidents to cars, property, people or animals while you are on these premises.
Please clean up after yourself and your dog. We want the park to be a nice, pleasant place to walk and play with your dog. If you leave litter and dog poo it will cause issues for future customers.
If your dog is ill or showing any signs of illness, please do not bring them to the park, please reschedule for another time.
No unaccompanied dogs in the park – if you need to leave the field please take your dog(s) with you.
Keep dogs on lead until you have entered the park and closed the gate securely behind you
Do not allow your dog to dig anywhere in the park
We do not offer cancellation but you can reschedule your appointment up to 12 hours before appointment via your confirmation email
Parking
For 1-4 dog bookings, 2 cars are allowed on site. For 5-8 dog bookings, 3 cars are allowed on site. We have sized the parking area appropriately.
You must park in the designated hard standing parking places, within the park.
You are not permitted to park anywhere else, including the entrance road.
Dogs
All dogs must be up to date with their vaccinations and worming.
If your dog is showing signs of illness or diarrhoea please DO NOT use the park. Please rearrange your session for another time when your dog is free of symptoms.
DO NOT allow your dog to dig anywhere in the park.
Please feel free to use the dog shower station to clean your dog before leaving but make sure you allow time for this, don’t run over your slot time. Please leave the shower station tidy for the next guests.
You must pick up your own dog(s) poo using a compostable poo bag (provided around the park) and place it in the poo bins provided (or take it home). Any guests found to be ignoring this rule may have their permission to use the field withdrawn. Do not put poo bags in the general waste bin.
Dogs should not be left unattended at any time.
Please only bring the number of dogs that you have paid for.
No dogs listed under the Dangerous Dogs Act 1991, the Control of Dogs (Scotland) Act 2010, or the Dangerous Dogs (Northern Ireland) Order 1991, or any replacement legislation permitted at the park.
General
If you arrive late for your slot, you must still leave at the allocated time on your booking.
If there are any damages caused by you or your dog, please inform us immediately, so we can rectify the problem.
Children are welcome at the park but must be supervised at all times and are not allowed on the dog play equipment at any time. Please do not allow them to climb on top of the tunnel hill.
This park is a no smoking area.
After a period of heavy or constant rain, the field and equipment may be wet, slippery and muddy in places, please take care and wear suitable footwear.
Do not climb on any of the gates, fencing, benches or shelter.
If your appointment is in the hours of darkness please bring a torch or use your car headlights, there is no flood lighting at the park.
Cancellations and rescheduling
We do not offer cancellations, but you can reschedule your appointment yourself up to 12 hours before your appointment via your confirmation email.
LEAVING THE PARK
Please do not leave after your allocated time slot.
Please ensure the gate is closed and check it is locked properly before you leave.
